Orders

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been processed.

Unfortunately, not at this time. However, we gladly accept returns and exchanges in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.

You will receive a confirmation email for any order placed. If you only receive one confirmation, it is not likely that two orders were placed. We review orders before shipping and contact customers about any order that appears to be a duplicate (same product order, shipped to the same address). If you are unsure, please contact us and we can verify your purchase.

Shipping

Typically, all orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 1-3 business days. However, due to additional COVID-19 safety precautions and order volume, order processing could take up to 7 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Fridays will ship the following week. Orders will not ship on major holidays. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us at customerservice@westeklighting.com.

Orders are shipped via UPS, and generally take 5-10 business days to arrive from the day they're shipped. Shipping times vary based on the delivery location and shipping method. Westek Lighting cannot guarantee shipment will arrive within the UPS estimated time frame.

Currently, our international shipping is limited to Canada. We ship to all Canadian provinces.

We currently offer special rates for contiguous U.S. orders:

$5 UPS shipping for orders up to $24.99 

$3 UPS 2-Day shipping for orders between $25-$49.99 

Free UPS 2-day shipping for orders $50+

Product Information

All Westek Lighting products requiring batteries are not shipped with batteries. Batteries must be purchased separately. 

Yes. However, longer run times will be achieved on regular alkaline batteries. 

That depends on how often the light is used. Generally, each Westek puck-style light will run continuously for 80 hours, and bar-type lights for 160 hours, before requiring a battery change. 

In short, lumens equal brightness. Wattage, or watts, measure energy use and not light output. Westek Lighting uses energy efficient LED technology, so we can no longer rely upon wattage to indicate how bright a bulb is. 

At this time we do not sell replacement parts for our LED lighting products.

Westek Lighting

The Westek brand was purchased by American Tack Company in 1997. The American Tack Company was founded in New York City in 1937. In 2018, the company was rebranded as AmerTac. 

AmerTac, originally known as the American Tack Company, purchased the Westek brand in 1997 and still owns the company today.

In 2007, the company opened a distribution and corporate office in Allentown, Pennsylvania which still serves as our home office. In 2018, the company opened an additional sales and marketing office in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
